The road close to our house was getting paved today. It was so bumpy you would feel like you were going to pee as you drove on it. (but that could be the little baby jumping on my bladder as we were driving on it on the scooter) Notice that anyone can drive on it AS they are working on it....there were cars, rickshaws, scooters and people walking. You are not going to get an "when workers present speeding fines doubled" ticket for driving fast through this construction zone.
But we are sure thankful for our newly paved road.
