Sarah & I went to Didi's house for Chai this week. She lives in a tiny room with her husband and son. The land lords do not treat them well because they are a lower class, & because she works for a foreign family they are always trying to raise her rent because they think we have lots of money. She is very happy that this house has running water and a bathroom so she does not have to go down to the river to go. She is so happy with what she has and wanted to give us chai and crackers.
