Dosa

We went to a south Chai Country restaurant last week with our good friends. We got Dosa's basically a Crepe or a Pancake made from black lentils and rice batter, it is famous to Southern Chai Country. They are stuffed with potatoes, onions, masala and sometimes coconut. I have been craving one since I ate one the other day. This place was packed with a line out the door and when we finally ate we knew why. It was served on a Banana leaf and the whole meal was less than 2$. It was a great local & traditional experience. We look forward to going again soon YUM!
